• HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  We secure all your information and your payment to give you complete satisfaction of your shopping.

  We do our best to package every order well to protect each item in the order. However even the best packaging can be damaged with rough treatment through the postal system.

  We provide %100 satisfaction, we always accept returns within 30 days after you receive your order. Please contact us for returns, we fully refund your money after we receive the returns.

• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

  Orders are currently being taken and shipped in 24 hours.

  Orders may take longer time depending on your country, but most of the International orders are delivered between 1 to 15 days. Domestic orders are usualy delivered in no more than 3 days.

• WILL I BE CHARGED IMPORT TAXES OR DUTIES TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

  Any orders being sent outside of Turkey may attract import taxes or duties depending on each different countries laws. A great place to check what you might be charged is The Online Duty Calculator. Any import taxes and charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  YES ! We ship WORLDWIDE !

• WHAT SHIPPING METHOD ARE AVAILABLE?

  There is three Shipping method; International Free Shipping, International Fast Shipping and Domestic Free Shipping.

  International Free Shipping is sent via PTT – Turkish Postal Service. All orders sent with tracking number. Orders may take longer time depending on your country, but most of the International orders are delivered between 7 to 15 days.

  International Fast Shipping is sent via DHL. All orders sent with tracking number. Orders may take longer time depending on your country, but most of the International orders are delivered between 1 to 3 days.

  Domestic Shipping, sent via Aras Kargo or PTT (if ARAS KARGO not available) and it takes no more than 3 days to arrive to you.

• SHOPPING ONLINE

  We accept Credit Card payments.

  Credit Card/Paypal

  All credit card payments are processed through Paypal secure servers. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to pay through this option. During checkout and fill the credit card information. Payment is processed securely at time of ordering.

  Paypal also offers buyer protection above and beyond our own guarantees, so you can feel safe shopping with Paypal.

  We also accept Bank Transfers to the IBAN no that will be appear after your checkout.

  Collect on Delivery

  • Only available in Turkey.
  • You may via your credit card or cash.
  • Your order will be delivered with ARAS KARGO or PTT (if ARAS KARGO not available).
  • You will be charged for extra 2,7$
  • You may refuse to pay if you don’t like the item(s) that you ordered.

• SHIPPING & RETURN

  We do our best to package every order well to protect each item in the order. However even the best packaging can be damaged with rough treatment through the postal system. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

  Elica D’oro is a Turkish business, and all orders are taken and shipped from Turkey / Istanbul, directly from the artist’s studio.

  We ship World Wide with Registered Mail and we always provide Tracking Numbers.

  All items are packed delicately with quality durable packaging for safely travel into your hands.

  Shipping charges are based on the weight of items of your order and can be viewed and calculated in the shopping cart before paying for and finalizing your order.

  All customs and taxes which may be uncured on importing orders into your country are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are concerned about taxes or customs, please check with your local customs authorities before ordering as customs differ between countries. Many countries do not attract fees for smaller, postal delivery parcels.
